What we collect

When you request a site evaluation we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, optional phone number, property address, property type, and any notes you add.

How we use it

We use these details only to evaluate your property and reply to you. We do not sell them and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your submission is stored on our own server and is read by the GreeneEV team. If a funding application later requires your property details, we will ask you first.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep a request while we are evaluating or following up on it. To have your details deleted, reply to any email from us and ask.
