Your parking lot could be the next charging stop. We build it. We run it.
GreeneEV turns land and parking that drivers already use into professionally operated public EV charging. You provide the site. We lead the evaluation, grants, design, construction, and day-to-day operation.
Why landowners host
A charging station gives drivers a reason to choose your property — and to stay a while.
Charging takes time. That time is spent at the businesses and destinations around the chargers. A well-run station also puts underused parking to work, without asking you to become a charging operator.
Public fast charging draws drivers who plan stops around it, then spend the charging window nearby.
Payments, pricing, maintenance, repairs, network service, and driver support are ours to run.
A project can bring electrical capacity, lighting, striping, and accessibility upgrades to the lot it sits in.
Nothing is built on a handshake. Access, responsibilities, and host economics are set in a written host agreement after evaluation.
Who qualifies
The strongest host sites are places drivers already go.
Pennsylvania’s community charging priorities favor destinations and public parking. You do not need a perfect site to ask — you need a real one. Good signs:
- A public parking lot, retail center, destination, workplace, multi-family property, or civic site
- Parking that can stay open to the public, ideally around the clock
- Room within existing parking for a compact first phase of chargers
- Visibility from the road and a safe, lit approach for drivers
- Electrical service nearby, or a practical path to upgrade it
- Ownership or long-term control of the property
- Nearby food, restrooms, retail, or other things to do while charging
- A location drivers pass through, not only a place they sleep
Not sure on power, layout, or access? That is what the evaluation is for. Sites that are not a fit get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
How it works, from first look to first charge
You stay the landowner. GreeneEV does the charging work — evaluation, funding applications, design, construction, and operation.
- Request an evaluation
Send the property address and a way to reach you. No fee, no obligation, no site visit booked without your say-so.
- We evaluate and report back
We check demand, layout, power, access, and funding fit, then tell you plainly whether the site can support public charging — and if not, why not.
- Host terms in writing
If the site checks out, access, responsibilities, term, and host economics are set in a written host agreement before anything is designed or built.
- We pursue funding and build
We prepare and file charging-funding applications where the site fits, then handle design, permitting, utility coordination, and construction.
- We operate the station
Pricing, payments, maintenance, repairs, network service, and driver support are GreeneEV’s job for the life of the agreement. You host; we run it.
| Responsibility | GreeneEV | Host landowner |
|---|---|---|
| Site evaluation | Leads it and reports the findings | Provides the address and site access |
| Funding applications | Prepares and files them | Signs where the program requires the host |
| Design, permits, construction | Manages and delivers them | Approves the site plan for your property |
| Operation and driver support | Runs the station day to day | Keeps agreed public access open |
We have done the grant work ourselves
GreeneEV grew out of real experience with Pennsylvania’s NEVI charging grants. We know what the programs ask for, and we bring that to your property.
That means site screening, cost breakdowns, utility coordination, and paperwork handled by people who have been through it. Grants are competitive and never guaranteed, which is why the evaluation comes first and costs you nothing.
We prepare the application and manage the process, so you do not have to learn it.
We build and run the station, and we are the contact for drivers and the program.
You host on your land under written terms. Nothing is built without your signed agreement.
Questions landowners ask first
Nothing. It obligates you to nothing, and no site visit happens without your permission.
No. GreeneEV operates the station — payments, maintenance, repairs, and driver support are ours under the host agreement.
No. Charging grants are competitive. A strong evaluation improves the application; it cannot promise an award, and we will not tell you otherwise.
The property address and how to reach you. Ownership, parking, and power questions come after we have looked at the site on paper.
You get a straight answer with the reason — weak demand, no practical power path, no public-access route — and no follow-up sales pitch.
Equipment ownership, term, and what happens at the end of the term are set in the written host agreement before construction. Nothing is installed on a handshake.
