You host, we run it: what that actually covers
The most common worry we hear is that hosting chargers means becoming a charger operator. It does not.
What we run
Under a GreeneEV host agreement, these are ours to run:
- Payments
- Pricing
- Maintenance and repairs
- Network service, the software and connectivity that keep chargers online
- Driver support
What you do
You provide the parking lot, keep the parking open to the public, and sign a written host agreement. That is the job.
What you get
Hosts are paid under that written agreement. Your underused parking also starts bringing in visitors. Public charging draws drivers who plan stops around it, then spend the charging window nearby.
What we do before anything is built
We do not quote a number until we have looked at your site. When we do, your payment is written into the host agreement before anything is built, and nothing is built without your signed agreement.
Is your lot a fit?
Send us the address. It is free, there is no obligation, and you get a plain yes or no with the reason.
